Thorough review of member value and assessment. Provides tools for executive team to make decisions and staff to use on an ongoing basis.
Rates & Packages
Hourly:
Rates are $150/hour for 4 -9 hours per week.
Rates are $95/hour for 10+ hours per week.
Best for transitional support or ad hoc services
Monthly:
Retain services on a monthly basis starting at 10 hours/month ($1000/month, 3 month min)
Best for recurring projects or specialized needs
Strategic Overview: ($1500)
SWOT Analysis, observations and light environmental scan.
Strategy Assessment: ($3000)
All of the above, plus additional analysis on high-priority items, presentation and recommendations.​
Deep Dive Strategy: ($5000 and up)
